Born and raised in Southwest Philadelphia, Attorney Shawn Page is a dedicated advocate for justice and a proud member of our community. With a distinguished legal career, he has established himself as a trusted attorney who understands the challenges and opportunities within our city.
Mr. Page is one of the few criminal defense attorneys to successfully build a multi-jurisdictional practice, representing clients in both civil and criminal courts across Philadelphia and the surrounding counties, including Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, and Bucks.
In 2018, he became a Partner at Mincey Fitzpatrick Ross, where he continues to fight tirelessly for his clients. His strong connections with the people he represents and his respected presence in local courthouses reflect his unwavering commitment to justice. Proven Track Record
Mr. Page’s legal journey began at the esteemed criminal defense firm of Nino V. Tinari, Esquire and Associates, where he honed his skills through rigorous trial experience. With over 100 bench trials and nearly 50 jury trials, he has successfully navigated civil disputes, misdemeanor, and felony criminal matters across Pennsylvania. His dedication to professionalism, through preparation, and clear communication with clients have earned him respect in courtrooms and communities alike.
Education & Licensing
Mr, Page’s path to law was not a traditional one. At the age of 35, while working full-time in banking and real estate and raising three children, he earned his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law’s evening program. For the past 14 years, Mr. Page has been licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
